New Yarn!

Handmade Shawl Pins

We are now carrying a line of lovely, one-of-a-kind shawl pins.  These shawl pins are hand-crafted by a local artisan here in Middle Tennessee.  Made from natural walnut and cherry, each pin has a unique beaded embellishment that truly sets them apart.

Holiday Hours

We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will be open our regular hours on Friday, November 27th.  We will be having hourly in-store specials all day just in time for holiday shopping.  Take a break from the mall and soothe your spirit with some yarn love. 

New Yarn!

Sock Extravaganza!!!  We have just received 43 - count 'em 43 - new colors of sock yarn.  Fresh out of the box and working their ways to the shelves are:

Southwest Trading Company Tofutsies - a blend of 50% superwash wool, 25% SOYSILK®, 22.5% cotton and 2.5% chitin.  What's chitin, you ask?  It's fiber from shrimp and crab shells and has natural antibacterial properties.
Zitron Trekking XXL and Trekking XXL Tweeds - 75% superwash wool and 25% nylon, with 459 yards per skein.  The variegated colors range from subtle to wild with everything in between; and the tweeds are perfect for men's socks.
Fortissima Degradee - 60% superwash wool, 25% bamboo and 15% nylon.  Not striping or patterning, Degradee has subtle, blended color changes which make it perfect for any sock pattern, but especially those patterns that you want to speak for themselves and not let the yarn get in the way. 
Austermann Step - 75% superwash wool and 25% nylon, this yarn is infused with aloe vera and jojoba oil.  A sock that moisturizes, how cool is that?

Not a sock knitter?  No matter, sock yarn is a great choice for lace projects, shawls, gloves, hats, scarves or baby things.

We've also received gorgeous Skacel Merino Lace in 17 colors!  This lace weight yarn is 100% merino wool with 1,375 yds per skein at a great price!
